The administration of CAPLYTA by opening the capsule and sprinkling CAPLYTA on food has not been studied in clinical trials and is not recommended.1
CAPLYTA can be taken any time of day.
CAPLYTA can be taken with or without food.3
The Prescribing Information gives no specific guidance regarding switching from another antipsychotic to CAPLYTA. Titration from current therapy should be specific for each patient and based on the provider's clinical judgment.4
